"Erica did the most negligent thing where she lowered my deductible for renters insurance without my consent, all I did was ask how much more per month it would cost to do so, and she said she lowered it to $500 with no cost to me, like she was giving me a gift. The only time I felt great about my insurance coverage. Then one and a half weeks later, she called and wrote me to say underwriting refused it, because I had a recent claim… I was burglarized in January, which I never hid from her, and I assumed it was in her system when she was doing the research to change coverage… So my gift was rescinded. Completely unethical, punishing behavior. I have been a loyal customer for at least eight years at this point. I am absolutely disgusted and appalled. It was like pulling teeth to get her to apologize and she barely did, and took no responsibility at all. What she did was wrong and it has ruined my day and weekend and added to my already very high stress. Do not trust these people. They do not care. She was not thorough and blamed the system/acted like this all was normal protocol!!! I NEVER EVEN AGREED TO CHANGE THINGS, she presented it like it was a gift. Also, how deplorable that I am now being punished because I was burglarized, no lower deductible allowed for 3 years(!!!) on renters insurance. I cringe to think of how much money I’ve given them over the years. ~$100/month for ~8 years!!! And by the way, my payout for the burglary of family heirloom jewelry, it made me break even, maybe, for the money I’ve given them for renters insurance. What a sick, sad capitalist world. I know there is a better insurance company out there that will not treat me this way. Now because of this woman, Erica, I have to spend my precious time dealing with finding a new company. I know I’m not alone in some of these issues, but at the very least, the agents should do things properly, and she absolutely did not. And she absolutely did not own ANY of it. Go elsewhere for your needs."

"I had a small rock hit and crack my windshield around the Xmas holidays. The crack was too big to repair so the entire windshield had to be replace. I called my State Farm Insurance agent and she assisted me in starting the claims process and finding a qualified business to complete the replacement. Everything was approve by State Farm and replaced within a week. And my insurance policy covered the cost, with the exception of my deductible. This was my first incident involving State Farm and it couldn't have gone smoother. Thanks to all involved."
